If you are planning to apply for an adoption in China, or waiting to be matched with a child, or preparing for a travel to China to complete adoption registration formalities, or planning a heritage tour for a Chinese child adopted, or ready to make some charitable donations to the Child Welfare Institutions in China, or having some cooperation with us in the inter-country adoption programme as well as other projects, or making researches regarding inter-country adoptions in China, then here is the best option for you.
As the only public charity organization authorized by the Chinese government to be specifically responsible for inter-country adoption, CCCWA adheres to the principle of "everything for the children", and tries every means to find foreign adoptive parents for those institutionalized children who cannot find adoptive parents domestically. This website is established to help achieve the above mentioned goals, therefore it contains general information regarding inter- country adoption policies and regulations, adoption processing procedures, organizations concerned, and etc. in addition to information about the post-placement situation of Chinese children adopted, heritage tours and Chinese culture.
Although we did not meet with each other in person, since you are here, I have a strong reason to believe that you are just like us with the same concern and love for children. Frankly speaking, at present most institutionalized children in China have disabilities, which makes it more and more difficult to seek suitable families for them, and draws increasing pressure onto us from all around, but we did and will always adhere to our principle and make the best efforts. I sincerely hope that we can have as always encouragement and support from people like you, who care about Chinese children and the cause of child welfare in China.
